this morning I see that the 6 short peices of hose they used to connect my washer to the water source are leaking and I have a dreadfull mess on the floor.  I have been on the phone for the last 40 minutes trying to deal with it.   They won't consider returns until a "service" call has been made to ensure it is working correctly.  

Wirlpool Duet Sport - don't buy that one, at least!

Sorry about the double post..computer went nuts.

Did you have it professionally installed?  Just ask them for their insurance carrier so that you can forward a claim (not that you intend to make a claim), that should get them moving!!

yea - that is a good idea.   Sears did install it.    they are coming back to fix it - tuesday between 8 and 12! like I don't have to be places.

but yes - making them pay to  scrape up the 40 year old "carpeting" off of the cement might be a great idea!
