Yes - pretty much every day other than race days.  Just stay consistent with your training and you'll do great.

Today was a kinda fat day.  I felt good in the water- strong.  I was able to swim my PR in the 400yd 7:04!  Woohoo!  But the larger my upper body gets, the harder it is to contain in my swim suit, thus the dreaded side-boob.  sigh.  Time for a new suit.

All happiness went out the door when I strapped my running shoes on.  My shorts were too short, my top made me look like a stuffed sausage.  I felt like a land sloth.  A very jiggley-puff sloth.  I also worked out at a odd time- so the guys pumping iron in the center of the track weren't *my* normal guys.  So of course they just kinda look at me like 'fat girl running' instead of my normal guys cheering me on.  Humph.

I too raise my hand. I guess you can say I'm having those " Christmas, I ate to much blues". I'll be glad to get back to a normal routine!
