Subject: Hip Help So.....I somehow strained my hip flexor last week. I don't know how I did it, but I got on the treadmill one day and it just hurt. Anyway, I can't run or bike (for at least another 3 weeks ). :- ( Swimming seems to be ok, but I still have all of this extra energy after my swim when I usually bike. I'm going crazy on my normal running days just working out arms and abs. Does anyone have any advice on what else I can do? Also, any advice on what to do for a speedy recovery?
