Been a dreadful week at work, nothing serious just haven't had time to get in any runs since Monday but I should be back at it tomorrow.

Hope everyone had a good week.

Good Sun Morning Clowns!

I have updated the spreadsheets. Everyone is looking great. Please feel free to check your totals and if I made a mistake. Just let me know or you can correct it. I think I have everyone correct but sometimes I may be math challenged. Well off to get ready for my ride. Have a great Sunday everyone.

Good Morning Clowns,

I have updated the spreadsheet. And just wanted you all to have a heads up about the team and what we have been up to in the last week.

Cambee: Congrats on a mind numbing 1hr30++ on the trainer. How Impressive.

Carlacrews: Had a big mountian climb and did it quicker and stronger than last year. And Her son had his longest bike ride ever. He's 4,how cool!

Chikopickomak: Just spelling that was a challenge Had a great Tri Sun Had a great time with friends and did well.

DrHammer: Ran 6 out of 7 days last week. And did them very well. Also has some cuties on her log.

gslye: Had a marathon scheduled and we are wating on a Race Report....well??

KellyM: Has the scariest clown avatar and had really great runs this week and even got some recovery days in.

Mav: Warmed up for her 10K today by working really hard yesterday. Scrubbing and bleaching a deck. She also had alot of really impressive workouts last week.

Pipscweek: Has the cutest purple Hippo avatar. She also had some great runs including one before playing volleyball. A sport I could never play as it requires hand eye coordination.

RevBigDog: had a Tri yesterday. So how'd you do?? And he also did some great runs in Vegas.

Jacquigirl: Was out running with "Vampire" an mangaged to survive with out any blood loss LOL Also did alot of strenght workouts and became a "dolphin" in Yoga class, sounds painful

Wraith28k: Commute by bike to class. Way to get some extra time in and Save the planet at the same time. And apparently is also a Fisbee whiz.

Aquagirl: Is our North of the border Clown. And Happy Thanksgiving to you!!! Enjoy your day off!! She has been just kickin' it in her workouts. And made pies this week too. MMMMMM...pies

TriJean: Has been a busy girl. She has done something everyday of the week. Way to go.

As for me I outsprinted a dog yesterday. On my bike. I guess all those intervals the Coach gave me are paying off. Everyone have a great week and go and visit your fellow team mates to check in with them and cheer them on or up.

Hi Team - just a quick update to let you know the challenge for next month (November) has already been posted here:

http://beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=136294&posts=1&start=1

Its all about hitting your workouts for the month and being run by the lovely Travis - all you need to do is commit to 20 workouts in the month, each a minimum of 30 minutes in duration.

What those workouts are - well thats up to you!!!

Hi Clowns

Hope everyone is doing well!  I added a couple of columns to our spreadsheet.  I'm constantly calculating where I am so I just added the column to make it easy - hope that's OK.  In other challenges I've been caught with the last week push and I don't want to do that running.  So far so good - yeah!

Finished my last Tri of the season this weekend.  Was super fun and a great weekend.  Now to the weights and core work....

Happy running and Have a great day!

Hey Clowns!

I took a few needed days off from running, I did something to one of those muscles around the knee so I didn't want to risk it. Feeling better now though, so I'll get in a run tomorrow

Great job everyone!

Hey Clowns!  It's hard to believe we'll at the midway point for the month in a few hours.  Hope everyone's workouts are going well.  I'm at about 54% or so, and having a lot of fun.  I'd just like to say I LOVE all of the creepy clown avatars!!  It's so nice to see everyone getting into the spirit of things.  Have a good night.

Hi Creepy Peeps! Great job everyone...run happy! I got in 6k today, an OK run considering my Garmin was not working.

Next week I will be running along the Seine in Paris!! I'll continue to blog from France......the plan is to sightsee, eat croissants and run, but not necessarily in that order!

Hi Clowns!  Unfortunately, I haven't gotten any running in yet this week.  Ski conditioning class started this week and it's kicking my butt.  Good news is that we're halfway through the month and I'm halfway to my goal.  As ski conditioning gets easier, I'll be able to actually run after class.

Pipscweek: You will get it and much luck in your Ski conditioning

Aquagirl: running in Paris...I'm so jealous. Eat something good for us Clowns while in the food capital of the world.

I updated the spreadsheet because my first week was a bit off (I switched from miles to hours), my total is lower but still more than half way.  Sorry for the confusion.

Hi Clowns!  I got a halfa$$ 3 mi. walk/run in today.  I was a lot more sore than I thought, but I committed myself to running-ish today and I got it done.
