Subject: when is enough enough...

I am having one helluva time with a 4mm kidney stone but hate to not keep riding...damn sure not going to swim or run but is it advisable to continue to ride the trainer indoors?...just dope up on oxycodone and keep on riding?...these things (in my case) can take awhile to pass sometimes even weeks...and I sure hate to lose all that work I have been putting out lately...

Any suggestions?

Note this is not my first or second or even third stone for that matter...but it is the first time I have been training while having one...so I am all over the keeping very hydrated (water) and drink the cranberry juice...

Well, if you fall off your trainer, it could be dangerous. If you want to do that, I might suggest putting something padded on each side and ensure you will not fly off into a TV.

Good luck with passing those kidney stones. OUCH.

So that means you are free to raise your heart rate with all the pizza you want, right?

Good luck, hope it passes quickly.
