Comments: At 9 mi felt a twinge in IB band. Was able to work through it, but it affected 2nd half of the race. What would you do differently?: Need to stretch a bit more and prep more. Get the IB worked out Post race

Age Group Rank = 23/55
Drank a some water, but not too much since I planned on drinking at each opportunity. No food, I have issues running with solids in stomach. Ran about 15 min to warmup
Run light pace about 1.5 miles. Found that hat would be too hot.
