I ran across this in Runner's World so I thought I'd share.  I wish there was a bit more detail about his "races" and "volume."  Here's a link....

AH HA.  I thought so.  The guy lives about 5 miles from where I live.  And guess what, what I beat him in a triathlon.  Though, the people there said nothing about his goal.

That's inspring.  Kind of makes me feel a little weak for complaining about a hard day of training. . .
