Subject:BT 1/2 IM Training Plan/Heartrate Question
I just started the BT 1/2 plan and I'm incorporating heartrate training with it. Is/Has anyone else done this? If so, what zones did you use? I did a LT test for both the bike and the run, but I'm trying to fill in the heartrates in the RPE chart. How did you do modify the plans with heartrates? Any insight would be awesome!
