Noooooooo!!! It's over? I can't believe it. I won't believe it! LOL. Seriously, I will miss this group, and I will try to carry on with the newest manatees. If I do that, though, does it mean I edge out another potential manatee?

Hello Team,

I know it has been awhile since I posted to this great group. I am sorry for being MIA. I just wanted everyone to know that I think of this group often for inspiration. I will be back. The road to recovery has been long and hard, but I have not given up. I am determined to compete in a tri this year.  My Achilles took a long time to heal, but just as I was getting better, my left bicep tendon fully ruptured. I had surgery to repair this, which is extremely painful, so I am on the mend. I have been very down on myself, but strangely I feel I am blessed. Beth, Yanti, thanks for everything!

Best Wishes

Joel
