Nope no injuries, interestingly I have dislocated my right shoulder but that one feels fine.

just checking in to say that i got my first outdoor run in of the year and i'm much stronger than my treadmill runs.  I ran my old commute to the train station and got all 4 miles RT done in 28 minutes.  That's about 3 minutes/mile faster than it says i run on the treadmill.

What I want to know is how far i've REALLY been running on the treadmill.

I always thought treadmills were extremely accurate.  But I find it very difficult to keep a decent pace when I'm on one.  I assumed it was because I was bored and needed some scenery to take my mind off of running, maybe it's been inaccurate all this time???

Where is everyone?  Cameron?  Hello, you there?

Please do - we can at least motivate each other right?  Don't forget to ask me how the swimming is going...I have not been in the pool in weeks.

will do!  I'll add you to my "friends" list of my  blog once i remember how to do that.  Someone PM'd me instructions once, just gotta find it.

As for my swimming I wouldn't bother commenting on mine, i'm not swimming until I get a new job and i'm not afraid of losing too much form or fitness, i'm a pretty good swimmer.  What I need is someone to kick my butt to get on the bike and to get out and run!

We won't forget you - we can have our own little group.  What race are you doing?  Have you been training?  I'm sure you're more ready than you think you are.

I have a sprint on April 18th, hoping to try out my new bike for the first time.  It's a short 13 mile bike so it will be good to test it out.

You should log your workouts and register your races on your account.  If we can see the volume of your workout and what you're going to have to do in a race maybe we can offer some help.  I'm not USAT level anything coach but i've looked at enough training plans to pretty much have the formula memorized.  I guess until someone more qualified shows up into this thread we've got eachother to rely on.

All try to log my workouts tonight.  I did a 32 mile ride this morning, it was really a light ride but with some 8min intervals in the middle.  Tried to swim some this afternoon and it went HORRIBLY!  I just felt all out of balance, my stroke didn't feel natural I have no idea what happened.  I meet with my swim coach in morning so hopefully things will be better tomorrow.  My race is the Lonestar tri the first weekend in April, I went ahead and signed up for the 1/4 ironman.

You'll be fine in your quarter IM - I have never heard of that distance.  It sounds cool.  Is it a .6 mile swim, 28 mile bike, and a 10k run?  Sounds close to Olympic but shorther swim then right?

I got the '09 Cervelo P2 with Ultegra.  I tried posting the picture but couldn't figure out how.  It's in my ALBUM if you want to see it.  It's Sweet!

Thanks for the vote of confidence.  Those are the exact distances as well, the running has me the most concerned I have had some ankle problems that have slowed my training for the run.  That bike is sweet!
