Extreme Veteran 961 | Subject: RE: Garmin 305 won't charge... Sorry if this is too basic, but did you check the metal contacts on the back of the 305? Sometimes mine get sweat/muck on them and need to be wiped off before it will connect. |

Extreme Veteran 1329 Wausau WI | Subject: RE: Garmin 305 won't charge... Haven't had any problems before, I think the watch is about 2 years old. Does the charger wear out?

The exact same thing just happened to me with my 205 last week. 1st try resetting it by pressing the mode and lap buttons down simultaneously for 5 secs. Then try powering up. If that doesn't work can you charge it by plugging it into the wall instead of your puter? Mine was working after I did the reset and charged it again. Edited by trirific10 2009-01-12 12:19 PM |
