very cold, but got warm real fast, did not like trying to run down the hill real fast which i tried today, put I was faster then last year and it felt good and the Knees are still feeling good.
What would you do differently?:

may push alittle harder going out

post actives was low they did the 5k winners before We got back from the 10k run, and did and drawing for door prizes when we were running, I like to see people win, I just think it allows all of us to kind of stand around and talk while they do the prizes, but other then that it was a good hard race, alittle to much on the hills for me
