Subject: Multisport Expo volunteers
Howdy folks.  I am on the email list from RACC (Racers Against Childhood Cancer) and hope to be racing for their efforts this year once I get my act together with year end stuff, but, they are looking for volunteers at the Multisport Expo next weekend.  They are looking for volunteers for 4 hours blocks and you get a tshirt and free entry into the expo.  If you are interested, shoot me an email at [email protected] and I can send you the email from Cole or if for you donkeys I can maybe just send a list en masse to make it easier.  Thanks!

One update, though, that is a downer -

We are disappointed to report that Heather Gollnick will not be able to attend the Expo due to a Family medical situation that she needs to attend to in Florida.  USA Duathlon champs and Pro Multisport family the Kattouf's are going to offer insights on how to balance training, and life.  They are TREMENDOUS motivational speakers.  You will be inspired and motivated by their keynote talks.
