Subject: Cincinnati area Clydesdales and Athena's

Hi, my name is Tim and I am 6'5 250lbs.  I have set my eyes on three sprints in June/July and was wondering if there are anyone from the area to train with.  If so please let me know.

Hey Tim,

 Sorry up in Columbus area, but check out Team Cincy Express Multisport, I know one person on the team and they are well organized.  Some of what they offer is  Discounts with local shops (E.g. Wheelie Fun, Meters and Miles...), Swim Clinics, Team Training Events, Cook Outs and Socials, Weekend training camp with coach.

Thanks for the info.  I have visited there site, but feel intimidated with all of the talk of running 14 miles on the weekend because I am not at that level yet.

I will contact my buddy on the team and find out how it all works and get back to you.  Central Ohio Tri Team breaks the workouts down in novice, intermediate, and advance types.  I will find out if they do as well.

I'm 5'5" and 225 lbs, live in Newport.

 http://www.hfpracing.com/events.php is the best event listing I've found so far.  I signed up for the Miami University Tri in April and then, assuming I live through it, I'll be looking for my next target.

I live in Cheviot. I am thinking about doing the One World Tri. I would be interested in meeting some like minded people even if I don't do a race this year.
