New HIM 70.3 Races in Asia

Believe there have been some recent additions to the HIM 70.3 schedule in Asia

Malaysia (July) and the Philippines (August - http://www.ironman703phil.com/). Does anyone know if these are new races or existing races converted to the M-dot brand. If the latter, does anyonw have any experience on these courses?
