Thanks to those who emailed me about this. I finally broke down and bought a 2009 Cervélo S1. I have been anxiously awaiting its delivery for a couple weeks now.

I'm sure it will be a huge upgrade from my current commuter hybrid.

I've got my first race on June 27th (Old Hickory Lake Triathlon - Hendersonville, TN), and I hope to follow that one up with the Fall Creek Falls Triathlon in Pikeville, TN on August 16th.
