Subject: bike record

Today I am very happy to announce that I biked 15 miles in 1 hour and 20 minutes today, which is further than I've ever gone. I even managed to stay sane on that stationary bike for that long, which is a victory in itself! Anyway, just wanted to share the news.
Thanks to everyone who posted about the calorie intake issue

GREAT JOB! I know how those stationary bikes are! they suck! I have gotten quite close to them this winter! but now that the sun is coming out, i will have to say good bye for a while! Great job on the bike! look out, before you know it youll be riding 30 miles! Jack.

Way to go Dorian! Hey I sympathize with ya...I ride the trainer at the club and the rollers at home, and it's sure not the same as rolling down the road, looking at the scenery. I do have to admit that the "2-legged dears" at the club are a pleasant distraction (checks to see if his wife is reading over his shoulder)!
