Pre-race routine:

Got up at 6 and watched some tv, ate a banana and peanut butter crackers.
Event warmup:

Ran to warmup and stretched for about 10 mins. My ankle was bothering me a little bit but not too bad.

I did much better on this run than when we did the practice run the weekend before. I was almost six and half mins faster.
What would you do differently?:

I would warm up more. I think I need to run more before I race.

Walked around a bit, ate couple bananas and had a beer.

Gulfwinds did a great job! It was a great race and I plan to do it again next year.
