Melissa - Do you REALLY want an answer????

I meant for #4 to provide the answer...but I guess that you read it differently.

No, but all I have to do is type 'B' for my computer to remember the username and password.

This doesn't count for my challenge, but had an awesome run today. Was going to cycle - but 40-50mph wind gusts. Ended up running 10.6 miles. Haven't hit double digits since NYC Marathon last November - then I got injured and blah, blah, blah.

Ran a 5K this morning with 2 goals, not to get lapped by the leaders and to finish in under 36.  I made both goals, but I paid a price.  I was step for step in a sprint with the winner as he crossed the line.  My heart rate was at 192.  I averaged 164 for the entire race.

My legs are very tired tonight.

I have a functional table, but it needs some character...especially a decent background.

There are a LOT of Mutant Ninja pictures on Google. Here's one that I think would work for a table (especially if you align the text on the left).

Alright folks...I am passing on the table code for someone else to take on.

All the links are good, it just needs to be sized in such a way that the background will work.

I just discovered 'textarea'

It's so beautiful here today.  I am going to get in an hour running/jogging whatever today.  I plan on hitting the track at my kids' school.  I should just grimmace and bear it and run my neighborhood, but the darned neighborhood is nothing but hills.  If you're not going down, you're climbing up.  No fun for me.  I know that running hills are good for you to build endurance and all that jazz, but not today.

Hi I'm Andy,

This is my first season of triathlons, in order to make sure I don't bail without giving it a shot I have signed up for like 5 triathlons throught the summer including 2 Oly distance.  My "A" race for the middle of the year is a 3 day stage race consisting of a 4 mile TT, an Oly, then a sprint...  I have decent endurance on the bike but I want to get myself some more speed, so my challenge will be to make sure I get in all my bike workouts for this month.

Hopefully come July I'll be ready...  :-)

Just went for a run in the sun with brook(the dog).  He has gotten out of shape.  We both are unuse to the sun-it has been so long since it made regular appearances.

Got a run in last night.  Having a little stress since I have a very busy next couple of days with work, plus the hubby is out of town for the next week and a half.  With the kids, I am not sure how I am going to get a good workout in between today and Friday.  Maybe tonight or tomorrow, but I am not making any committments.  We are going out of state over the weekend, so I am going to try and hit the gym at the parent's house.  We'll see.

ehhhh...this weather is killing me. Beautiful one day, then windy, then cold and raw, and rainy. Supposedly there was some snow out there today. And me with my lack of sleep seem to have caught another cold.

Oh well, it is what it is.
