Comments:

Start was average and pullout and breakout were good, also good seal on goggles. Pacing was bad, however this was my first 100 breast in awhile, I can for sure loose some time here.First and second turns were ok, third was bad, slipped on wall and totally lost pushoff.Legs and upper body felt weak, definitely not the conditioning I had anticipated. I know I am capable of a much faster time, my goal now is a 1:11, if I add weight training and a day or two more swimming I should do it.
What would you do differently?:

improve start,kick,pull,streamline,conditioning.
Post race
Warm down:

Easy 300 swim.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Start,kick,pull,streamline,conditioning.
