Subject: Belews Lake
Who did Belews Lake this past weekend? How did everybody do? I got a little lost on the swim - had to be escorted back by the swim police! Overall was happy with 01:30:32 finish! What an absoultely beautiful day for my first one of the year!

I was supposed to do the race but a business crisis came up and I had to deal with that Saturday. Very disappointed because I enjoy this race.

No doubt the cold affected your head.  Did anyone get an ice cream headache during the swim or the first mile of the bike?

I really dig this race.
