Subject: CH Aero or Wheelbuilder.com cover standard size?
Are the uncut versions of these discs ready to install onto an Open Pro rim?  Wheelbuilder lists a $15 fee to cut for an open pro, but if it is the same as the CH Aero from Excel isn't that one ready to install onto an Open Pro?  Are they actually the same product?
