My name is Jay Crooker and I am a USAT Level 1 Coach with lots of experience coaching athletes off all persuasions (beginners to elites).

I have been working with a coach for the several months and have found it very beneficial and wished that was the route that I had taken from the start. I have found it the most help from the nutrional stand point and the swimming aspect of training.

I know that you are going to be a great asset to those beginning this little trek.
