Tried to keep my heart rate at around 150 bpm for the whole race. Was tired today, so I decided to do a heart rate run. Worked well.

Just tired, been tired all week.

One water stop at the 2 mile mark, could have used another about 4 miles. Wasn't a big problem, the day wasn't to hot.
