Subject: legs improvment.
does anyone have an idea about how to improve leg work during swimming.
i feel that my legs are not so effective in my swiming ,and they to get tired quite fast.

My coach has us do drills and some sets wearing short fins - they work your leg a little harder (more resistance) and help you get a better feel for kicking rhythm. A good one is to swim on your side with your bottom arm stretched out above your head. Or just do laps wearing fins, focusing on kicking from your hip and keeping your kick small, within the "shadow" of your body.

I would have to agree... try wearing fins... i hear good things for them building leg efficiency.

also, try a lot kick board activities... maybe as a warm up you can do 100-200m w/a kick board.
