Subject: Posterior Tibial Tendonitis -anyone?

Just diagnosised with Posterior Tibal Tendonitis. Anyone have any words of wisdom?  I will be having 3 weeks of PT.  Off running for the time being.  Hows the recovery for this one.  Just as soon as one thing is recovered, another pops up. Very discouraging.
