Muncie biomechanics lab

Has anyone had experience with Jeff Frame at Ball State ? I was referred to him to get my tri bike fit.  I spoke with him on the phone and he had no problem talking and not concerned about whether or not he was going to get my money. He seemed to love what he does. Some of the shops I've spoken with seem like the amount of time they spend talking is more of trying to guage how much I'm going to spend with them.
