Subject: Back again Not really "new" per se, but just starting to ease myself back into the training routine. I've been away too long and need to get myself back into the swing of training (e.g., eating better and moving more ).
The training plans on this site helped me to go from 300lbs to 190lbs and a real-live triathlete (ca. 2004 - 2006 ), but a Master's degree and the first 1.5 years of a PhD have helped me go from 190 back up to 240! Now it's time to do something about that, and swim/bike/run is the only way I know how!
That said, I hope to be more of a regular than I have been the past few years. For a long time, these forums were my favorite internet time waster, and they need to be again!
