Shoe Insert Slip

Although I have not been able to run very far recently (See: Sharp rib pains in Injuries & Health Issues), whenever I do, my factory shoe insert slips backwards, and runs up the back of the shoe. I bought a pair of Avia 5020W that are the best fitting shoes I have ever owned in my life, but this problem is annoying, and it seems that it will very likely lead to blisters/other problems if I ever manage to run very far...

Anywho, does anyone have some solutions to this? I am thinking of just super gluing my insert to the shoes.
