Comments: Starting was a bit confusing. We were supposed to start 90 sec. after the Half Marathoners and were positioned a little ahead of them. We could hear the half marathoners starting. And I was just standing there cheering on the half marathoners passing by. Then suddenly my husband noticed that everyone from my group had already started to run. He yelled at me, "Hey your group is leaving". I turned around and was like "Oh shit" and just started running. Other than that the run was pretty decent. What would you do differently?: Practice, practice, practice. Need to pace myself better. I wanted to spring at the end, but started too early and ran out of steam just before the finish line. Had an egg and toast for breakfast with some milk tea. Left house around 7:15 am.
Light stretching and just jogged around the area a little bit.
