Just an FYI to anyone that is in the seacoast area, or southern maine.  We are starting a swim group for Thursday evenings at Leigh's mill pond off RTE 236.  It's easy to get to and a great place to swim.  Let me know if you need any info.

Is that in the river, below the counting house?

Hmmmm, not sure.  It's supposed to be a pond..with a damn at one end.  Has a large rock right in the middle that we swim to.

The swim is as long as you want.  We usually got out to the rock in the middle of the pond...about .18 miles and back.  Some people do it twice and there are three "beaches" you can start from.  There are anywhere from one to eight people that may show up.  We also do Mondays and I am pretty much up for any nice day.

PS...this thursday I will not be there.  But most likely will be tomorrow!!!
