Comments:

I thought that I should have run faster than I did. It was chip timed, but they only had a mat at the finish and not the start, so I don't know my chip time from start to finish. Their website only has the gun time as our official time.
My right leg and foot did not go numb and my achilles didn't bother me one bit, so I was real happy about that.
What would you do differently?:

I'm not sure what I would have done differently.

I started my watch when the gun went off instead of when I crossed the start line and it took awhile before crossing the start. My GPS has the above time and the event distance at 6.377 miles with an avg speed of 9'34" mile. My splits were 11'46", 8'38", 8'51", 9'25", 9'36",9'19", 9'04"(for the last .377)
Course: They shuttled us to the start. There were about 5000 of us starting together. The first mile was a gradual uphill, with a much steeper climb at the end of that mile. The next couple miles were downhill and then the rest of the course was flat.
