Chatted a little bit. Got setup in transition and headed for the start.

5 minute swim to loosen up. Should've had some Gu or salt to prevent cramps later.

Water is still low 50s?  Holy cow!  Did that at Mooseman 2008 and I swear I wasn't racing in such cold water again. 
The bike course description is one reason I didn't want to do this race. 
And I would say ~7 min/mile is super fast run.

Are you doing Cranberry again?
