Do I hear a Run Challenge coming on? (Page 5)

I just want to be sure that my race miles get counted. I looked, at my training log doesn't keep track of race miles.

I did a 10k on Sunday (part of my oly) and another 10k today. That makes 12.4 miles for the week!!

Just add your race miles to your training log and they will get counted, no?

Yesterday, I volunteered for The Race againts the cure, a 5K, that raises money for breast cancer. I worked the finish line so I got to see the faces along with the times. Very inspirational. The kid who won made the 5k in about 15:25. Now that is moving along. Even the MOP and BOP were very inspirational. I went home and ran even though it was not a run day. Nothing like working a race to make you motivated.
