30mile Ride Sat 7/17 with 1mile swim in Farm Pond

I am just throwing this out there, as I am currently planning to ride and swim alone.  I will be doing a 30mile loop, beginnig at CVS in Medfield through Millis, Holliston, Sherborn with a stop at Farm Pond (I will drop wetsuits and swim gear off prior to the ride at the parking station at Farm Pond but they are not required as water temps are in the 70ish range) after swim, will continue through Sherborn into Dover into Wellesley, back into Dover into Medfield back to CVS.  I will then pick up wetsuits and swim gear from Farm Pond and we are done.

Start time roughly 7AM meet at CVS to gather swim gear and do a quick drop at Farm Pond then bike starts at 7:30AM form CVS.

Ride will avg around 18MPH give or take 1-2MPH.  I am not trying to break records so if you want to join and are a bit slower that is fine we won't drop you, providing above 16MPH AVG (need to at least break a sweat .

Tri bikes welcome - its what I am riding (I know some groups get weird about aero bars - not me).
