Subject: Target Race is in the middle of 16 and 20 Week Program Hello All.
First time poster, short time lurker. I just completed my first sprint triathlon over the weekend and now have signed up for two more over the summer and fall. The next one coming up is a sprint and is 11 weeks away from today (race day 7/24/05 ), the second race is an international distance and is 18 weeks away from today.
Question - if I use one of the beginner 16 week International training plans, which weeks should I repeat to add up to the 18 weeks away? Or would it be better to remove two weeks from the 20 week program?
