Ingredients: 1/2 cup skim milk One banana, the riper the better 1 tablespoon honey 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa (you may opt for a little more or less, depending on how chocolate-y you want it to be) 2 tablespoons almond butter Ice cubes to taste for thicker, colder consistency Directions: - Pour milk into a blender.
- Slice the banana into small pieces and add to the milk.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy.
