this is probably dead simple and I'm missing something obvious. I notice that some people have some great colours and bits and pieces in their goals bit. I just want to do the crossing out thing but can't figure out how to do it. I've tried cut and paste from work and finding a secret button somewhere but I'm stumped.

This question always makes me feel so smart

1) click on your control panel - (It's at the top of page under the BT logo, above the welcome)

2) scroll about 1/2 way down. You will see the question: "Use rich edit box when composing messages?"

3) change the option box to "yes".

4) scroll down a little further - click "submit"

You should now get a box that looks like a word processor for your goals section. Have fun with wild colors and strike outs!

Another question...how do I change my line spacing.

Look,

this

is

only one return between lines.

If using the WYSIWYG rich text editor, every return is a empty line space.

If not using that editor (the defualt), every return is just a carriage return - like you want

If you want to eliminate empty lines spaces after returns and still use the WYSIWYG editor, you will have to bullet or number your items.

  • see,
  • there
  • is
  • no
  • empty
  • lines
  1. still
  2. no
  3. lines.

You can also eliminate the extra space by hitting "shift" and "enter".
