Event at Fontana Sports in Madison to Benefit Ice Age Trail

I got a call from a friend of mine who is one of the owners of Fontana Sports in downtown Madison.  She said they only have a few tickets left for the reception and it benefits the Ice Age Trail so I told her I could post it.  I'd go but Alice and I are making dinner together tonight

Van Deren, 49, had a lobectomy in 1997. She has become one of the world’s great ultra-runners, competing in races of attrition measuring 100 miles or more. She won last year’s Yukon Arctic Ultra 300, a trek against frigid cold, deep snow and loneliness, and was the first woman to complete the 430-mile version this year.
6:00pm – 7:00pm VIP reception with Athletes held at Fontana Sports
7:00pm – 8:00pm Athlete Presentations, followed by Q&A at the Orpheum Theater
8:00pm – 9:00pm Book/Poster signing by Athlete at the Orpheum Theater

They have a few tickets left at Fontana Sports.
