Boulder swim workouts and winter tri training

I'm fairly new to triathlons and was hoping to improve my swim technique. Where could I find a clinic or triathlon workout?

Also, do you guys know of any triathlon training groups for the winter? I'm signed up for my first Olympic tri in April and would like to get started with a group (I'm not too good at motivating just myself).
