Paid for the high HR coming out of the swim. Felt like I was poking along the enitre time I was on the course.

Not good but could have been worse. Just tried to push as much as I could. Flirted with leg cramps a couple of times. Had to walk for about 30 seconds to massage my left quad to keep it from locking up.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

My training in the 6 weeks prior to the race was almost nonexistant. Won't let that happen again!
