I am doing a metric century in 13 weeks.  I have 3 days a week to ride and my long ride so far is 36 miles.  Does anyone have a good training plan to share?

Keep putting in the miles for it...getting to 62 miles in 13 weeks is so doable...you would probably be able to do 100 in 13 weeks...

As for a "plan", I don't have one, but if you are riding 3 days a week, I would think you could start by like riding 20-30 miles 2 of the days and use the 3rd day for a "long" ride of 35-40 to start and work up from there...incrementally add mileage to all three rides and at the end of 13 weeks, you should riding metric centuries with no problem at all...

You should be able to get to 65 miles very easily in 13 weeks from where you are currently.  Usually you can add 10% per week with possibly one week staying the same or even reduce distance every 4-6 weeks .

It appears you are a free BT member, like me.  If you were to become a BT member, I'm sure there is a Cycling plan available that you would be able to use or modify in this area:
