freaked out turning the buoy and beyond. need to work on that and sighting.
What would you do differently?:

continue to sight less, and take it slower through the buoy turn.

had trouble steering and getting into shoes. ran off road and then to middle of the road trying to put on shoes.
What would you do differently?:

get up to a faster speed before putting shoes on and make sure foot is at top of stroke when putting shoes on. also would practice more with entering shoes.

Took 1.5 miles to get legs back from bike. also was hard to push through the lack of oxygen, soreness of legs.

Increase cadence on run.
