Subject: Running Routes in Dowtown Baltimore?
I'll be in Baltimore Fri-Sun for the USAT Coaching clinic, can anyone recommend some good places to run in the early morning in downtown. I'll be at the Tremont Hotel on St. Paul Place.

My favorite place to run is the waterfront promenade: http://www.waterfrontpartnership.org/pdfs/Promenade_final.pdf or just http://www.waterfrontpartnership.org.


There's some construction where it shows dotted lines, but its not bad, you just follow regular sidewalks instead of the path.  Just follow St. Paul south til you hit the inner harbor and you can't miss it.
