Subject: pre race checklist
Where would I find a pre race checklist to make sure I don't forget the stuff I need. I am doing my first Sprint this weekend and I have to pack tonight. I tried to use the search feature but did not find anything. Thanks in advance.

i think if you go to your training log and click on the date in the calendar part, it will show your race, and a link for a pre-race checklist that you can put together and print out.  Good luck at your race!

The following list is what I use (works for me):

For pre-race/swim:
towel
goggles
wetsuit
bodyglide
gu pack (or other energy snack)
swim cap
timing chip

For T1/bike:
water bottle to rinse feet
sneakers
socks
helmet
sunglasses
bike
pump
water bottles (gatorade)
gu pack (taped to handlebars)

For T2/run:
race belt
visor

Please toss in an extra pair of goggles if you have them... the swim portion sucks without goggles... I lost my goggles 10 minutes before the gun last year, they simply disappeared out of my hands never to be seen again.
