Comments:

I was proud of myself for running the whole way. I had my gallbladder removed 5 weeks earlier, so my training was off. This was actually a good time for me.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing.
Transition 1
  • 00m
Comments:

No idea how long transitions were, they were included in each race portion and I didn't wear a watch. It was fine, no problems. Put my helmet on, changed my shoes, took off on the bike.

Comments:

I walked most of this. After the bike I had nothing left. I was very tired and couldn't catch my breath. I was happy that I finished the race!
What would you do differently?:

I need to run a lot more.
