Subject: RE: How long will it last? Congrats on your first 1/2. Weren't you doing Pac Crest? You should be tired. That's a heck of an accomplishment.
Take it easy for the next week. Catch up on things. Spend time with family and friends. Go for walks and maybe do some easy riding - bike path / cruise the neighborhood / go to a coffee shop kind of riding - to keep the blood flowing.
If you plan on doing more races, reflect back on your training and the race. What went right? Where did you stumble? What would you do different?
Then get back at it.
BTW, isn't that a gorgeous course? I love the swim venue, and the bike course. How about the color of Devil's Lake right before you start the final climb? That emerald green is almost hypnotic.
