I was just wandering who all is doing the tri in Lincoln for the cornhusker state games. I was going to do that race but I don’t know if I’m going to now. My husband was suppose to come with me but he said he might have to work that weekend and well I really don’t want to go by myself. Maybe I can talk my mom into coming with me.

Since the Valley YMCA Tri has been cancelled (or so I hear), I am thinking about doing the CSG tri again this year. It's a super fun event, but it's on Sunday. I will have to take a day of vacation to do it....

Don't let the fear of going by yourself scare you. It's a very friendly event with a ton of people there. You will make friends

I am out for this year. My good friends are getting married the night before. There is no way I can attend their festivities and be worth anything by registration time on Sunday morning! The state games is my favorite race of the year though. don't miss it if you have a chance to do it. Lots of competitors, a ton a fans, and a pretty good course. ( I prefer the out and back bike rides to the loops but nothing is perfect right?!?)

I'd like to do it, but it's the same day as the Omaha Tri.  Holy scheduling conflicts batman. Foot in mouth

First season of racing. Am building up to an Olympic distance. I am going to do the last blast Olympic tri at branched oak in September. Plus its going to be hot enough sundaa for a sprint tri let alone an Olympic. Good luck and stay cool.
