Comments: I ran great, nothing to complain about since it was a new PR for me. What would you do differently?: Nothing Post race
Warm down: Did some stretching and walked a mile home. What limited your ability to perform faster: Nothing Event comments: This was my first official 5K race last year with a time of 25:24. Had two hard-boiled eggs for breakfast.
since the race was in our town and only 1 mile away, my wife and I just walked there. Was a great pre-race warmup for us. Also did some stretching before the race.
