Missed my coffee this morning. Had a special K bar on the way in.

Good swim time, but I felt terrible with my breathing. Felt like I was working way to hard. Had another swimmer on the in that kept going right and bumping into me. I finally stopped and let him get on my right.

Still need to keep running more and walking less. It's getting better though.
